The Material
Carbon, the way we make it
Most carbon fibre parts begin as cloth — a woven fabric laid in sheets, with a pattern that repeats from one piece to the next. Forged carbon starts somewhere else. Short strands of fibre are pressed under heat and pressure until they lock into a solid block. There is no weave to align, no repeat to hide, and no two pieces that come out looking the same.
We built the press ourselves. That means the grain, the colour, and the density are decisions we make here — not options we pick from a supplier’s list.
01 / The Process
Pressed, not woven
Fibre is prepared, charged, and pressed in-house. Because we set the cycle ourselves, we can steer the grain toward a look — tight and even, or open and marbled — before a single part is cut.
02 / The Material
Solid, then machined
Each part is cut from a pressed block rather than moulded to shape. Machining from solid keeps edges clean and lets us hold the tolerances that small hardware — a case, a frame, a handle — actually needs.
03 / The Custom Work
Made to your drawing
Send us a drawing, a sample, or just a dimension. We cut, finish, and assemble to order, in one-off pieces or short runs, with the same material we use for our own.

In the Rough
One block, many faces
The surface changes with the light, the angle, and the cut. What you see here is the material before any finishing — the grain is already there, we only reveal it.

Tell us the shape, the size, and the colour. If it can be machined from forged carbon, we can make it — and if it cannot, we will tell you that first.
