WHY FORGED CARBON
TRIONES TEC builds this composite one ultra-thin ply at a time. Unidirectional fibre layers are stacked in alternating orientations, then consolidated in a single controlled cycle of heat and pressure until the stack becomes a solid, homogeneous block.
Nothing is printed and nothing is painted. The figure you see is the fibre itself, revealed as the blank is turned — which is why the pattern continues through the full thickness, and why no two pens are ever the same.
