WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
TRIONES TEC builds this composite one ultra-thin ply at a time. Unidirectional fibre layers are stacked in alternating orientations, then consolidated in a single controlled cycle of heat and pressure until the stack becomes a solid, homogeneous block.

Nothing is printed and nothing is painted. The figure you see is the fibre itself, revealed as the block is cut — which is why the pattern continues through the full thickness, and why no two pieces are ever the same.

MACHINING NOTES
Carbide tooling recommended. Use light passes with dust extraction. Sand through 400 → 1200 grit and finish with polishing compound to bring out full depth and colour.

Every sheet is cut from a different block, so the pattern you receive will not match the photos exactly. That is the point of forged carbon: no two are alike.
